BrewDog now accused of stealing ideas from job interviewees

BrewDog has been accused by an American marketer, Jenny Frankart, of stealing her marketing ideas during a job interview. Frankart claimed BrewDog asked her to come up with ideas for a marketing position and flew from California to Columbus to attend four interviews. BrewDog denies the allegation.

Comedian Conan O'Brien, who was accused of stealing jokes from a comedian on Twitter, has settled a lawsuit with the comedian out of court. This puts an end to the prospect of a court case that would involve joke theft.

Photographer's photo taken and used in Lufthansa magazine ad

A photographer has discovered that a photo he took has been used without license in an advertisement for a watch company. The photos were found in a Lufthansa in-flight magazine ad promoting a "Bellevue Swiss Made" watch.
