PitchMark IP Clinic #2: Contracts & licensing for Film & TV
Event date 9 June 2022 17:00 – 18:00
We’ll delve this time into the world of contracts and licensing for international film and television. Have you written a script or a book that could be adapted for the screen? Wrote a song that has been used in an advertisement? Then this webinar is for you. Ask Michael Leow from Haldanes' Hong Kong office and PitchMark legal advisor Frank Rittman all your questions.

- Creation of new content vs adaptation/licensing/optioning of existing content
- International vs local industry practices in the acquisition of Film/TV rights
- Changing film/TV distribution patterns and the streaming factor
- Terms and conditions imposed within contracts
